Key of the game: Rosemount special teams. The Irish had a punt return for a touchdown, downed two punts inside the 20 and allowed no punt return yards.
Quote: "It was a new feeling because we haven't had to play all four quarters much this season," Rosemount's Nate Sackett said. "It was … also a great feeling. I'm glad we had it because we'll be that much better in the state championship."
One thing to know: Rosemount won the Class AA title in 1981 and lost to Wayzata in the Class 5A final in 2010.
