Our area's 2008 car show season has finally reached its last roundup and will soon head for the bunkhouse (or should that be garage?), satiated but ready to do it all again next year. Fans of vintage and modified classic vehicles have this weekend's events and a couple of cruise-ins next week (check to see that these events will still take place) before "The End" flashes on the screen for this car show season (OK, no more metaphors). First call to have your group listed in the next "Car Club Roundup"

Most car clubs can use new members. Publicity is a good way to let potential members know that a particular club exists. So, consider listing your club in our annual Car Club Roundup, a listing of area and state clubs that will run in this Auto Scene column in December and January. In order to be included, send in your information no later than Nov. 2. Listings will be short, so your e-mail, sent to jamesbohen@yahoo.com, only needs to include the following information:

Club name

Club's vehicle focus (if it's not obvious from the club name)

Contact information (phone number, e-mail address, website address)
