Predictably, right as the latest flurry of "What's wrong with the Cavaliers" stories started hitting a couple weeks ago, Cleveland started getting its act together. LeBron James returned from injury, he started getting more help, and Cleveland ripped off a six-game winning streak.

But Kevin Love still is struggling. In the first five games of the streak, he: missed one because of back spasms ... shot a combined 17-for-47 (36.2 percent) and was just 3-for-17 from three-point range while scoring 15.3 ppg in the other four ... and had a game in which he played 30 minutes but had just three rebounds.

A good sign: ESPN.com ranked the 32 NFL teams in terms of talented players who are 25-and-under. The Vikings were No. 4.

A bad sign: The Timberwolves have the worst record in the NBA thanks to a recent surge by the Knicks. It means better lottery odds, but nothing else.
