Ramsey County drivers, get ready for orange cones and detours as the Public Works Department tackles more than 30 construction and maintenance projects between May and October.

One big item is a rebuilding of the congested interchange at I-35W and County Road 96 in Arden Hills. The county is also teaming up with MnDOT to build a new bridge at County Road E and N. Snelling Avenue.

Further north, N. Lexington Avenue will be reconstructed. Other projects include reconstruction of parts of Ford Parkway and Randolph Avenue.

Countywide, more than 16 miles of streets will get new pavement and sidewalk curbs.

A complete list of projects approved Tuesday by the County Board is available at http://bit.ly/1LU5J4L.
