Here is some good news for drivers in St. Paul's Midway area. The ramp from eastbound I-94 to Snelling Avenue reopened early Thursday morning.
The bridge over I-94 remains closed as MnDOT puts on a new deck and makes other improvements. Motorists that exit get off east 94 at Snelling will be routed south. Snelling remains closed between I-94 and University Avenue. Drivers can use Marshall Avenue to go connect with Cretin Avenue, Hamline Avenue or Lexington Pkwy. to go north and cross I-94.
