Around this time of year when you hear "Girl Scouts," you probably think of cookies. Well, you can learn more about the organization from the exhibit "Year of the Girl," which goes on display Monday at the Stearns History Museum in St. Cloud. The exhibit continues through December 2013 and features photographs, artifacts and text that highlight the 100-year history of troops in Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin. An open house with cookies (of course) and lemonade will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. next Sunday. $5 for adults, $2 for children. For more information, call 1-320-253-8424 or e-mail info@stearns-museum.org. COLLEEN A. COLES
