Puerto Rican families make their home in Roseau
Since July, dozens of Puerto Rican workers have arrived in Roseau to fill jobs at the town's Polaris facility. There have been challenges - housing, schools - but people in this relatively homogeneous, Scandinavian city have rallied around these Puerto Rican families to help them feel at home in a place where winter can last six months.
