OCT. 30 An officer dispatched to a dispute in the 6400 block of Upper 56th Street in Oakdale talked with four neighbors, each of whom claimed the others were the bigger drug users. A fifth person, from a trailer window, tried to start a verbal altercation while police were present. No assaults were reported. All parties were told to avoid one another.
