Preview: The 18-12 Thunder has won two consecutive games and three of its past four after winning road games on Wednesday at New Orleans and Friday at Boston. This will be its seventh consecutive Christmas Day game. The Thunder is 4-2 in the first six. … The Thunder won the season's first meeting, beating the Wolves 112-92 in Oklahoma City on Nov. 5. The season series' final two games are in Minneapolis, on Jan. 13 and April 11.

Player to watch: Thunder superstar Russell Westbrook, above, is looking for his fourth consecutive 40-point game after scoring 45, 42 and 46 in his past three games. He's the first player since Michael Jordan in April 1989 to do so in three consecutive and he's the first player since Wilt Chamberlain in 1964 to have three consecutive games with at least 40 points, 10 rebounds and five assists. He has averaged 31.8 points (first in the NBA), 10.5 rebounds (13th) and 10.8 assists (second) in the first 30 games. The only other player who has averaged at least 30-10-10 was Oscar Robertson.

Injuries: Thunder G Victor Oladipo (wrist sprain) and G Cameron Payne (foot fracture) are out.
