Nate Hill ran in a 10-yard touchdown in the second overtime to give Cooper a 41-34 double overtime victory over visiting Irondale on Wednesday night. The Knights had a chance to tie the score from the 1-yard line, but a 3-yard loss on third down and a stop on fourth down ended the game.

The Hawks could have won the game in the first overtime but had a short field-goal try blocked. The Knights were stopped on fourth down on their possession in the first overtime.
The Knights sent the game to overtime with a pair of touchdowns in the fourth quarter. Brendan White found Ayrias Sears for a 40-yard touchdown pass with 3:53 left to get the Knights within a touchdown.
Parker Freiberg ran in a 6-yard score with 1:56 left to tie the score at 34-34.
St. Louis Park 28, DeLaSalle 20: Jonny Sorenson completed 10 of 15 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown, and ran for 125 yards two touchdowns to lead the Orioles past the Islanders for the first time in three years. Sage Booker led the Islanders with a fumble return touchdown and a punt return score.
Minneapolis Southwest 22, SMB 21: Devin Joyce scored a touchdown and ran in a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter to give the Lakers the victory over the visiting Wolfpack. The Wolfpack jumped out to a 21-0 lead at halftime, but couldn't hold off the Lakers. Jalen Suggs threw for a score and ran in another to lead the Wolfpack. Siegel Howard also scored a rushing touchdown and Noah Hanson caught a touchdown pass from Suggs. Jayzee Brown threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to TK Marshall in the third quarter to start the Lakers' comeback. Another Marshall touchdown got the Lakers to within a score later in the third quarter.
South St. Paul 21, Hastings 7: Angel Rodriguez ran for 98 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Class 4A, No. 13 Packers past the host Raiders. Chase Bentson had 119 rushing yards and a touchdown and Cade Sexauer had 96 rushing yards for the Packers. Corbin Leflay scored for the Raiders.
Prior Lake 27, Eastview 7: Spencer Shaver ran for three touchdowns to lead the Class 6A, No. 12 Lakers past the Lightning. Dylan Bair returned a punt 40 yards for a touchdown to cap the scoring for the Lakers. Derek Rauch threw a 19-yard touchdown pass to Larry Wright to get the Lightning on the scoreboard in the first quarter.
Benilde-St. Margaret's 55, Bloomington Jefferson 14: Tommy Anderson threw for 158 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Class 4A, No. 3 Red Knights past the visiting Jaguars. Gabe Alada caught six passes for 144 yards and two touchdowns, Quinn Ehlen ran for 73 yards and two touchdowns and Ikenna Ujuagu caught two touchdown passes for 25 yards for Benilde-St. Margaret's. Michael Schmidt ran in a touchdown and Turner Wine caught a scoring pass for the Knights. Isaiah Watts threw a touchdown pass and caught another to lead the Jaguars. Rashaun Cage also threw a scoring pass and Manny Montgomery caught one for the Jaguars.
Bloomington Kennedy 42, Richfield 34: The Eagles ended a 20-game losing streak. Their last victory was a 33-7 victory over the Spartans on Sept. 18, 2015. Isaac Coutier ran for three touchdowns, Terrell Davis-Barber ran for two scores and Isaiah Codden ran for another for the Eagles. Jevonte Howard returned the opening kickoff 86 yards for the Spartans. Caleb Carlson threw three touchdown passes to Emmanuel Blackshear for Richfield.
Streak ends: Kingsland defeated Hayfield 35-14 in Spring Valley, Minn., to end a 50-game losing streak (the second-longest current streak in the state). Kingsland's last victory was 22-10 over Wabasha-Kellogg on Sept. 17, 2012.
