Thursday: Last seen in town tearing it up with the now-shredded Velvet Revolver, the guitar hero whose "Welcome to the Jungle" lick has been the late-in-the-game-rally jump-starter for sports teams everywhere, is following his own leads again as a solo artist. He has a new band that includes go-to fill-in singer Myles Kennedy, who fronted Alter Bridge with the ex-Creed guys and was reportedly eyed by the Led Zeppelin crew to replace Robert Plant. They're loading up set lists with ample Guns N' Roses ammo, plus songs from VR, Slash's Snakepit and his self-titled and quite electrifying new album. (8 p.m. Thu. $31.
