JONSI

Saturday-next Sunday: With Sigur Ros, frontman Jonsi (Yon-see) makes magically melancholy soundscapes with lyrics in a made-up language. On his just-released solo debut, "Go," the Icelandic hero delivers lyrics in English and music with bounce, bliss and beautiful orchestrations by Nico Muhly. At times, Jonsi, with his piercing tenor, sounds like a more artful Owl City. Fresh from the Coachella festival, Jonsi will bring an elaborate small-theater show featuring fire, animated animals and a high-concept production that its London designers have described as a cross between cinema, an art installation, a theater performance and a pop concert. It should be an arty arctic blast. (7:30 p.m. Sat.-next Sun. $32.50. Pantages Theatre, 710 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls. 1-800-982-2787 or www.ticketmaster.com.)
