Polaris buys Plymouth office building

Sale price was $10.9 million

Medina-based Polaris Industries has bought itself an office building.

According to a certificate of real estate value submitted Thursday, the maker of power-sports vehicles purchased an office building in Plymouth's Bass Creek Business Park for $10.9 million in cash. The property is located at 9955 59th Av. N. in Plymouth.

The seller was LW Bass Creek LLC of Lake Forest, Ill.
