On Fox News Monday night, Gov. Tim Pawlenty told Greta Van Susteren that he -- and other governors -- should be in on President Obama's health care summit meeting.

"I think he should expand the circle. Not just talk to members of Congress. If you want to fix the health care system, talk to people who have done it, including practitioners but also including governors, from both parties. We're the ones on the ground with these programs," Pawlenty said.

He also said he plans to send his health care ideas to the president in a "formal letter."

(Update:

On Wednesday the governor sent his letter. Here it is for your purusing pleasure.)
