Paul George leads Thunder over Rockets for seventh straight win

Eric Bledsoe scored 26 points and dished out six assists and Giannis Antetokounmpo added 24 points, nine rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals to lift the Milwaukee Bucks over the Golden State Warriors 134-111 in Oakland, Calif., on Thursday night.

The Bucks outscored the Warriors 32-22 in the second quarter and 41-28 in the third to take control. Malcolm Brogdon added 20 points for the 9-2 Bucks.

Klay Thompson led the 10-2 Warriors with 24 points but Kevin Durant scored only 17 on 6-for-15 shooting and Stephen Curry had just 10 on 5-for-14 shooting.

Oklahoma City 98, Houston 80: Paul George scored 20 points and the Thunder beat the Rockets without point guard Russell Westbrook for its seventh straight victory. Westbrook missed his second consecutive game because of a sprained left ankle. George also had 11 rebounds, six assists and six steals. The Thunder was 0-4 before the streak.Steven Adams had 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Terrance Ferguson and Dennis Schroder each added 14 points for Oklahoma City. All five Thunder starters scored in double figures before the end of the third quarter. James Harden scored 19 points, but made just seven of 19 shots for the Rockets. Clint Capela added 17 points for Houston, which had won three in a row. Houston's Carmelo Anthony, who played for the Thunder last season and was traded this summer, scored two points on 1-for-11 shooting. Chris Paul added 10 points. Rockets guard Eric Gordon missed his third straight game because of a strained muscle in his right thigh.

Boston 116, Phoenix 109 (OT): Kyrie Irving scored 18 of his season-high 39 points in the fourth quarter and overtime, and the Celtics rallied from a 22-point deficit for a win over the host Suns. Irving scored Boston's first six points in the extra period, and Marcus Morris finished with 17 against his former team — including the tying three-pointer with 1.1 seconds left in regulation off a pass from Irving. Morris hit from the top of the arc, sending the game to OT tied at 100.

Portland 116, L.A. Clippers 105: Damian Lillard scored 25 points and CJ McCollum 23 as the host Trail Blazers beat the Clippers. Jusif Nurkic chipped in 16 points, nine rebounds and three blocks. Danilo Gallinari and Lou Williams had 20 points each for the Clippers.
