When the city planners built our beautiful riverfront, they forgot one thing: the bars. Here in Minnesota we love our outdoor dining but have so few patios overlooking the Mississippi. It's a travesty. Thank the tiki gods for Psycho Suzi's. With more than 300 seats, you'd think there would be plenty of space. Nope, it's so packed at this Northeast destination that getting a table can feel like winning the lottery. Once you get a seat, order the s'mores platter, tip back a Paralyzed Polynesian and take in the view. You've hit the jackpot.
