Advocate for openness on U of M's single pick

In my story this morning, I had meant to include Rich Neumeister, a citizen lobbiest for open government, and his views about the Board of Regents picking just one person as a finalist for president. But in the flurry of phone calls, I forgot. Here are a few of his comments:
