Because one golfer -- Joost Luiten -- did not finish his second round, the PGA will not release third-round tee times until he is done. Luiten will resume play on the 18th hole at 6:30 a.m. The third round will be played in groups of two beginning at 7:40 a.m., with the final pairing of Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh set to tee off at 2 p.m.
