Brooklyn Park police arrested a suspect following a fatal shooting Saturday night.
Officers were called to a residence in the 3800 block of 83rd Ave. N. at 7:23 p.m., over reports of a shooting.
Police detained two people at the residence and found an adult inside the house who was dead of an apparent gunshot wound.
One of the adults in the house was arrested as a suspect in the shooting and a gun was recovered, according to the police.
Police have not yet released the name of the victim.
