Kevin Miller scored twice as Ohio State beat defending NCAA champion Denver 5-1 Sunday in the championship game of the Midwest Regional in Allentown, Pa.

Miller's first goal, in the 16th minute of the first period, gave the Buckeyes (26-9) a 2-0 lead and proved to be the winner.

But his second goal, at 11:51 of the third, was just as big. It came 30 seconds after Tyson McLellan had scored for the Pioneers (23-10) and restored Ohio State's three-goal lead at 4-1.
