Marrs Belva C., age 88 of West St. Paul. Died 11:38 A.M. on 12/26/2002 at Pillars in Oakdale. Born 8/16/1914 to Frank and Cloe Ratcliff Marrs in Sutton, ND. Preceded in death by her parents; one sister and brother. Survived by sister, Vera Crommett of Chillicoathe, IL; and nieces and nephews. She was a Radiologic Technologist at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital for 38 years. Charter member of MN Society of Radiologic Technologists. Member of St. Paul Methodist Church in Mendota Heights.
