William S. Erickson

William S. ``Bill'' Erickson, age 94, of Anoka, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 25, 2001. He lived a full life right until the end, and he died as he lived, with faith and courage. Preceded in death by his parents, Amelia & Eric ``Gus''; his sisters, Marie and Ruth, and his brother, Leonard. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 64 years, Frances and his devoted children, David & wife Kathy, Allen & wife Audrey, Karen Mayo and Janet Bast. He will live on in the lives of his 12 proud grandchildren, Jeff (Sharon), Amy and Scott Erickson, Liz and Ann Erickson, Bart (Jean), Mike, Eric (Michelle) Mayo, Jenny (Greg) Mayo-Myers, Andrea Waste, Laurel (Jonathan) Smith and Jason Dunn; as well as his adoring great-grandsons, Matthew & Jesse Waste. He is also survived by his brother, Gordon and his sister, Ednae. Funeral service Friday, 2 pm at First Baptist Church of Anoka, 1235 Park St., Anoka. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.
