Arthur M. Heintz

Arthur M. Heintz, age 96, of Minneapolis, died peacefully December 21, 2001. Survived by Elsie, his loving wife of 61 years; two sons, Richard and James (JoAnne); grandchildren, Jennifer and Andrew; and nieces and nephews. His four brothers, Leo, Andrew, George and Anthony, preceded him in death. He was born in Menominee, WI on February 10, 1905, worked as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser for Northwestern National Bank for 45 years and then independently for many years after his retirement from the bank in 1968. He had a zest for living, traveled exten- sively with his wife and had many interests, which kept him very active his entire life. Although he was 96, he felt that cancer indeed had shortened his life when there was much living left to do. Visitation on Thursday, December 27, 4-7:00pm at Washburn- McReavy, 2301 Dupont Ave So. Funeral Service on Friday, December 28, at 10:00am at Incarnation Catholic Church, 3801 Pleasant Ave So. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
