Bernice M. Gustafson

Gustafson Bernice M., age 89, of N. Mpls. Passed away Fri Dec 21 at Augustana Home of A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig's disease). She was a retired credit manager & long time employee of William's Steel & Hardware, a lifelong member of Bethel Lutheran Church in N. Mpls, a former member & treasurer of the Mpls Wholesale Credit Women, a former member of the National Association of Credit & Financial Management, & member of the American Swedish Institute in Mpls. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. C.J. Gustafson & a sister Gertrude Gustafson. She is survived by cousins in Mpls & Sweden and the Bethel Church family. Service 11:00 AM Thur Dec 27 at the Swanson Chapel of Washburn McReavy Funeral Chapels, 1600 Lowry Ave N., Mpls. Friends may call 1 hour prior to service. Burial will take place at Crystal Lake Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church Challenge Fund, the American Swedish Institute or the A.L.S. Association.
