Survived by son, Shane Burton (Carol Anderson); daughter, Kammie Nelson (LeRoy); grandchildren, Patrick, Tucker & Darby Burton and Oliver Nelson; sisters, Jacqueline Morphew (Harold) and Mary Mohn (Bob); brothers, Michael and Daniel Perkins; and many other relatives and friends.
