Palmer Martha ``Jo'' (nee Randall), of Blaine, passed away on Dec. 12, 2001. Preceded in death by parents, John & Martha; brothers, Jack & Dan. Survived by son, David (Jackie); grandchildren, Teresa (Dan) Vaplon and Nicholas; sisters, Mary Lou (Burt) Rotnem, Kay Tyrpa, Virginia (Willard) Duenow; brother, Robert (Karen); and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives & friends.
