Olive E. Smith

Smith Olive E., died Dec. 8, 2002 at age 102. Born Feb. 26, 1900 in Duluth, MN, one of 7 children. Olive lived in Edina, MN nearly 50 years, her last months spent at Walker Elder Suites. Her husband, Darrel W. Smith and 4 siblings predeceased her. Family survivors include son, D. Wm. Smith (Annette); daughter, Susan Miller (Jonathon); sisters, Mae Chalk and Winifred Swanton; a niece, Mary Kozubek and 11 grandchildren & great-grandchildren. In life, Olive gave loving support to family, friends and church. A caring, Christian woman, Olive will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Services will be held later.
