Allen Hazel E. ``Granny,'' age 84 of Mpls, on Dec. 6, 2002. Preceded in death by husband, Leon; son, Leon III; daughter, Penny McKinzie; and granddaughter, Theresa. Survived by children, Chester (Mary) Allen, Linda Lutz, Delores Kopet, and Kathleen (Michael, Sr.) Watson; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters.
