Norma Elaine Pfleider

Pfleider Norma Elaine (nee Sylvester), 88, of Anoka, MN. Born July 27, 1913 in Langdon, ND, passed away Nov. 27 after a prolonged battle with emphysema. Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth in 1967; brother, Jack and sister, Isabel. Survived by her 3 children, James (Susan) Pfleider of Wayzata, Terrie (William) Bunker of Anoka and Thomas (Christina) Pfleider of Lake Arrowhead, CA. Also survived by her 7 grandchildren, Laura Pfleider, Anne Pfleider McGuire (David), Gregory Pfleider (Andrea), Michael Bunker (Catherine), Sheri Bunker Guimont (Robert), Taryn and Evan Pfleider; 7 great-granddaughters and special friend, Nellie Humbert. Special thanks to Allina Hospice, Walker Plaza of Anoka, and Mt. Olivet Careview Home, 4th Floor staff and friends for their loving care. Norma's positive attitude and approach to life will continue to be a source of inspiration to her family and friends. Visitation Thursday, Nov. 29, 3:00-5:30 pm, followed by a memorial service at Zion Lutheran Church, 4th & Adams St., Anoka.
