Kaplan Dorothy (nee Klayman), age 87, born in St. Paul on Old West Side, lived many years in Los Angeles, CA, most recently of St. Louis Park, preceded in death by husband, Louis ``Lou''; sisters, Anne Reznick and Adelle Walder; brother, Jack Klayman; and nephew, Elliott Reznick. Survived by sister & brother-in-law, Mildred & Sam Shanblott of Duluth, MN; and sister-in-law, Evelyn Klayman of Willmar, MN; and many cousins, nieces & nephews. A special thank-you for the friendship and kindness of Jack Rubenstein, Alice Seuntjens, Joel Thomson, and Carol Dusheck. Dorothy was a longtime employee of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Funeral services WEDNESDAY 12:30 PM, HODROFF & SONS FUNERAL CHAPELS, 671 S. Snelling Ave., St. Paul. Memorials preferred to donor's favorite charity.
