Dennis R. Socher

Socher Dennis R., died peacefully at home on November 16, 2002. Preceded in death by his parents, Ambrose and Ethelyn Socher; sister, Karen Dixon and brother, Robert Socher. Husband of 41 years of Carol; loving father of Jeni Kafer and her husband, Curt, Angela Kettner and her husband, Kurt, Melanie Fern and her husband, Jeremy, Amy McCulloch and her husband, Jerry; adored grandfather of Kenny Kafer, Austen, Alyssa and Amara Kettner, Ryley and Reese McCulloch; cherished brother of Steve Socher. Our gratitude towards our employers, Wilson USA and Penske Truck Leasing and all of our family and friends for their sincere support. Our heart felt thanks to Park Nicollet Cancer Center and Methodist Hospital Hospice for their care and love through Denny's illness. Visitation Tuesday, 11/19/02 from 4:30-6:30 pm. Funeral service Wednesday, 11/20/02 at 9:30 am First Memorial Brooklyn Park Chapel, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, 763-560-3100. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery following the service.
