Jean E. LaBore

LaBore Jean E., age 85 of Eden Prairie, passed away peacefully at home on October 26th. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Leslie Lamm & husband David, Andrea Streed & husband Thomas; son, Douglas & wife Linda; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Beth Honigschmidt, Shirley Hunczak; and brother, Stan Ross & wife Billie; nieces, nephews, and numerous special friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lester W. LaBore. She was born in Otsego, MN. Jean attended White Bear Lake High School and the Pepin School of Design. She enjoyed a successful career as a women's fashion apparel pattern maker with the Jean Lang Co. and the M. Liman Co. She retired in 1990. Visitation Tuesday, 4-8 PM at the Washburn-McReavy Eden Prairie Chapel, 7625 Mitchell Rd (1 block north of Hwy 5) Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 10 AM, with visitation 1 hour before at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 13505 Excelsior Blvd, Minnetonka.
