LaCount Nancy I., of Northeast Minneapolis. Tough until the end, our beloved mother and grandmother died on October 23 from complications following surgery. On the 4th of July of this year, she celebrated her 75th birthday with her family by playing pull-tabs, enjoying a good steak at Nye's, and watching fireworks over the Mississippi River, shot off in her honor. We will miss her strength, independence and thoughtfulness, along with her chicken wings, spaghetti, breads and deviled eggs. Preceded in death by husband, Roger our parents are together again listening to Frank Sinatra. She will be missed by children, Kristie & Bob Wenzel, Jeffrey LaCount, Leslie LaCount, and Kathie LaCount. Very special grandmother to Katie Gallup, and Kara and Bill Ballot. Also survived by two sisters, one brother, special in-laws, other relatives and friends, and canine companion, Sam.
