Newman Margaret Frances, age 88, of Winsted. She was formerly employed at Powers Department Store in Minneapolis for 25 years. Survived by children, Margaret ``Peggy'' Mahon of Glencoe & John (Lucy) Newman of Shoreview; five grandchildren, William (Lori) Mahon Jr., Suzanne Mahon, Sarah (Tom Drong) Mahon, Mark Newman & Tim Newman & five great-grandchildren, Clarissa & Jaimie Mahon, Meagan Mahon, Mitchell & Amber Drong; a sister, Beth Pogorely of New Hope; many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, John ``Harvey'' Newman in 1958; a sister, Patricia ``Billie'' Horn & by a son-in-law, Bill Mahon.
