Diesslin Evelyn B. (Peltier), age 85, of White Bear Lake, died on Oct. 19, 2002. Preceded in death by husband, Albert. Survived by children, Carol (Kenneth Sr) Palmen, Colorado Springs, CO, Blaine (Lucille), Ely, Nancy (Gary) Starzecki, White Bear Lake, Judith (James Sr.) Gift, St. Simons Island, GA, Michael (Virginia), St. Paul, Cynthia (Nigel) Cooper, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Lisa Diesslin, Maplewood, Steven (Nancy), Plymouth; grandchildren, Kenneth Jr., James Jr., Laura, Kathryn, J.T., John, Rebecca, Kristina, Mark, Rachel, Benjamin and Collin; great-grandchildren, Kiara, Kailey and Tyler. Also survived by brothers, Thomas, James and Robert Peltier; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by sister, Dorothea; and brother, Winslow. Evelyn was a 50+ year member Peace Church and choir. Memorial service 6 PM Wednesday at PEACE UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST (940 E. Reaney, St. Paul). Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday at HONSA FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2460 E. Cty. Rd. E, White Bear Lake. INterment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Peace United Church of Christ, the Am.
