Lester P. Lowinske

Lowinske Lester P., 78, of Naples, FL, died October 14, 2002. Formerly of Minneapolis, MN, he had been a Naples resident since 1974. A U.S. Air Force Veteran of WWII, he was a pilot and flight instructor. He worked as a crop duster and later as a captain and chief pilot for Northwest Airlines. He was a member of the Retired Pilots Association. He loved to play golf and was a former member of Royal Palm Country Club and a member of Lakewood Country Club in Naples. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, LaVern D. Lowinske; daughter, JoAnn Teal of Lakeville, MN; son, Paul (Jackie) Lowinske of West Palm Beach, FL; daughter, Debbie Schiltz of Naples; son, Keith Lowinske of Apple Valley, MN; brother, Walter Lowinske of Atwater, MN; sisters, Verna Barnes of Naples, Mae Ticher of Anchorage, AK; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
