Ward K. (Bud) Holm

Holm Ward K. (Bud), of Golden Valley, formerly of N.E. Mpls, died on 10/12 at the age of 86. Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Bea; daughters, Bettyann (Jim) Redeske, Golden Valley, Ginny, Mpls., and Merry (John) Boesen, Apple Valley; son, Dr. Thomas Ward (Karen) Holm, Duluth; 8 grandchildren, Steve Redeske, Marcia (Chris) Jensen, Sara Redeske, Kevin (Suzi) Holm, Rev. Eric (Mindy) Lemonholm, Bryan Holm, Jamon (Kim), and Kristi Boesen; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn (Bill) Goolsbee, Golden Valley; brother, Alden (Vera) Holm, San Diego; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Holm and Doris Hedsten; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by parents, Albert & Elizabeth Holm; brother, Don; and sister, Beryl Holm; brother-in-law, Clinton Hedsten. Graduate of Edison High School and U of MN with degree in Business Adm. 4 yr. member of U of MN Marching Band & R.O.T.C. Band; member of American Institute of CPAs. In public practice over 50 years. Active member Salem Covenant Church. Service Wed. (10/16) 2 pm at Salem Covenant Church, New Brighton, ¼ mi S.E. of 694 on Silver Lake Road & NW 5th St. with visitation 1 hour prior.
