Doris Schadewald

Schadewald Doris, age 86, of Corcoran, 9/23/02. She was preceded in death by husband, Walter W.; son, Robert J.; parents, Harry & Celia Hastings; brother, Douglas (Betty) Hastings. Survived by her loving daughters, Carole (Lyle) Banta, Elaine (Bijan) Nikrad, Diane and Lois; daughter-in-law, Wendy; her beloved grandchildren, Scott (Kelly) & Michelle Banta, Deborah & Kavon (Julia) Nikrad; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Avery Banta; her loving sisters, Leah Lawson and Julia (Kenneth) Englund; brothers-in-law, George and Jerome (Joan); sister-in-law, Marjorie Rougier; many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors. Everyone will remember her smile, her shy gentleness, her tremendous strength and faith, her deep love of her husband and family, her caring for others, and her love of travel. Visitation Friday, Sept. 27, 4-8 PM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo.
