Survivors include daughter, Joyce; sons, James (Jeannine), Thomas (Marian) & Richard (Rita); grandchildren, Kathy (Ken) Hanson, Richard Waddick, Jr. Michael (Louann) Waddick, Colleen (Lee) Kaibel, Mary (Matt) Arel, Teresa (Steve) Sullivan, Anne Waddick, Tricia (Michael) Casey, Jenifer (Andy) Vetter, James (Janice) Hastert, Amy (Otto III) Voettiner, Daniel, Julie & Michael Hastert, Jennifer & Justin Marske, Jessica Hastert, Amy (Michael) Trepeta, Anthony & Eric Hastert; 21 great-grandchildren. A special expression of gratitude to all the wonderful caregivers.
