Quinn, Deborah Ellen Louise Age 94, was born August 27, 1912 in New Germany, MN to Lewis and Emma (Anderson) Wabbe. She died peacefully March 22, 2007. Deborah spent her childhood in New Germany and attended Central High School, Norwood Young America. She worked at the Glencoe MN State Bank for Mr. Wm. Grell. Deborah married Donald Quinn June 8, 1935 and the young couple moved to Watertown in 1937, establishing Quinn Transfer, Quinn Distributing Co. and later in St. Louis Park, Mr. Q's Restaurant and the Swiss Chalet Buffet. Mr. Quinn died suddenly in 1975. In total, Deborah lived in the family home for 63 years prior to moving in 2000 to Westwood Place, Watertown. Deborah enjoyed her family, the nature that surrounded her home and feeding the birds. She was a long- time active member of the Watertown Evangelical Free Church. Surviving are 5 children, Karen (Mark) Nyberg, Punta Gorda, FL, Connee Rundquist, Mankato, MN, Gary (Karen) Quinn, Lake City, FL, Gloria Quinn, Minnetonka, MN, and Wesley (Pam) Quinn, Plymouth, MN. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Irene Wabbe, Mayer, MN, plus many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Quinn was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, parents, Emma and Lewis Wabbe and brothers, Stanley and Victor. Services are Sunday, March 25, 2007 at 3 pm at the Watertown Evangelical Free Church Chapel. Visitation is Saturday, March 24, 2007, 5-7 pm at the Church Chapel and also Sunday one hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred.
