Wosika, James M. Jr. Age 24 of St. Paul. SSG James Matthew Wosika Jr. died heroically serving his country in Iraq on January 9, 2007. He is preceded in death by his uncle Thomas Oliver Wosika USMC, grandfather Fred James Wosika USMC, grandmother Norma Wosika, and grandfather Robert Evans USN. He is survived by his parents, Kathleen and James Wosika Sr.; sister, Nichole and husband Jason Stafford; grandmother, Phyllis Evans and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed by many here at home in Minnesota and California, but also by his service family in Iraq who are still serving his country. He died a Hero saving the men under his command. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday at the Cathedral of St. Paul. Visitation 3-8 PM Thursday at Highland Park High School Auditorium (1015 S. Snelling Ave, St. Paul).
