Sandra M. Vigen

Vigen Sandra M., age 48, of Fridley. Preceded in death by father, Sander G. Vigen. Survived by son, Michael; mother, JoAnn Vigen-Fegan; brothers, Thomas and Jeffrey; sister, Kim Thompson; also many nieces & nephews. Born May 23, 1954 in Fergus Falls, MN. Her cats were her companions and gave her great happiness. Her life dream and pleasure has been feeding all the animals and saving them from harm.
