Hazel E. Gjersing

Gjersing Hazel E., age 94, born 3-30-08 in Odin, MN. Daughter of Albertine and Hans Olsen, died peacefully 8-1-02. Preceded in death by husband, Harry ``Hy''; four sisters and one brother. She will be dearly missed by loving sister, Anna Koste; many nieces, nephews and extended family, as well as friend from 1st grade, Gladys Holmstrand. Hazel was the delight of all who knew her. Retired 4-30-67 from Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. after over 20 years of faithful service. She was a member of Oslo 2 Lodge of Sons of Norway and a life member in Telephone Pioneers of America. Funeral Monday 2:00 PM at Lakewood Chapel, 36th and Hennepin Ave., with visitation starting at 1:15 PM. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
