Willinger William G. ``Bill'' 76, of LaCrosse, WI, died Sunday, July 28, 2002 at Gundersen-Lutheran Medical Center, LaCrosse. Survivors include his wife, Jeanne; daughters, Susan Willinger of Apple Valley, MN and Janet (Mike) Corrigan of Vadnais Heights, MN; sons, David (Ellen) Willinger of Concord, MI and Edward (Caroline) Willinger of Jackson, MI; stepdaughter, Joanna Stelloh of Battle Creek, MI; grandchildren, Meka (Robert) Francis of Belvidere, IL, Mikal Willinger of Jackson, MI, Hannah and Georgia Willinger, both of New Zealand; great-grandson, Daniel Francis of Belvidere, IL; brother, Allen (Verna) Willinger of West Salem, WI; sister-in-law, Lois Willinger of West Salem; brother-in-law, Richard ``Dick'' Marking of Bangor, WI; and many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Barbara; and his brother, Don Willinger. Funeral service Wed., July 31, 2002, 11 am from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 420 West Ave S., LaCrosse. Rev. Charles Coon will officiate. Burial in Hamilton Cemetery, West Salem, with military honors by Berg-Hemker-Olson American Legion Post 51 of West Salem. Friends may call at Jostad-Jandt Funeral Home, 121 N. Youlon St., West Salem, on Tuesday from 5-7 pm and at church Wed. from 10 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bill's name to either St. Paul's Lutheran Church Bell Choir, Gundersen-Lutheran Medical Foundation, or the LaCrosse Area Humane Society.
