Survived by husband, Jack; daughter, Jennifer (Klint) Rybicki; mother, Eldora Maddox; sisters, Cathy (Rick) Dickson, Cheryl (Cliff) Bohlmann; mother-in-law, Marcene Errett; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
