Warren B. Mooney
Mooney ATTN: PIPEFITTERS UNION LOCAL #455 Warren B., age 81, of New Brighton, on 7/22/02. Survived by wife of 61 years, Edna (Bonnie); daughters, Marilyn Phalen (Michael), Barbara Fox and Jane Harry; son, Michael Mooney (Kelly); grandchildren, Lee Fox, Nancy Nickless, Sarah Phalen and Todd Harry; great-grandchildren, Jacob Nickless, Luke Nickless, Natalie Nickless, Nathan Fox and Elizabeth Nava-Phalen. Also survived by brother, James Mooney (Ora) of St. Paul. Warren was an avid hunter and skilled archer. He had a life-long love of fishing and, in his later years, became an accomplished golfer and tennis player. Warren served as a Seabee in WW II. He was a business agent for Pipefitters Union Local #455 for over 15 years. He also worked as a Federal Mediator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service until his retirement. Warren was a staunch Democrat and strong union man. Memorial service 10 am Friday, July 26 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Avenue NW, New Brighton.
