Solberg Margaret M., of Cedar, MN, formerly of S. Mpls. in her 91st year. Preceded in death by husband, Edward; son, Daniel; sister, Catherine Koppi; and brother, William Chisholm. Survived and sadly missed by sons, James (Betty) of Kansas City, MO, Gerald (Sue) of Clearwater, MN, Neil (Jeanne) of Cedar, MN and Thomas (Ruth) of Bloomington, MN; daughters, Mary Barton of FL and Karen Wells of Mpls.; 24 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Gatton and Irene Harrigan of Mpls.; many nieces, nephews & friends. Margaret will play her piano for the Lord now after 60+ years of musical volunteering for shut-ins of all kinds and a 1996 Volunteer of The Year winner at the Minnesota State Fair. She was a volunteer teacher of religious education and musical instruments for grade school children for many years and a volunteer hospice worker for Catholic Charities. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, July 19, 2002 at 11 AM, The Church of the Nativity of Mary, 9900 Lyndale Ave., Bloomington.
