Effress Roxanne ``Roxy'', age 56, of Scottsdale, AZ (formerly of St Paul). Preceded in death by father, Albert Effress. Survived by daughter, Nikki Ray of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren, Chelsea Ray and Brock Ray; mother, Goldie Effress of Scottsdale, AZ; brother, Craig ``Skip'' Effress of Durango, CO; loving niece and nephew, Lisa Effress-Mitchell of Mpls and David Effress of CA; uncle, Rod Effress of Rancho Mirage, CA; beloved dog, Blu; and many cousins and friends. Graveside service FRIDAY, 10 AM, TEMPLE OF AARON CEMETERY, Dale and Larpenteur, St Paul. Memorials preferred to the Minnie Effress Mizrachi Chapter c/o Temple of Aaron Synagogue.
