Phoebe A. (Bergquist) Zeese

Zeese (nee Bergquist) Phoebe A., age 97, of Mpls passed away on July 1st at Ebenezer Hall. Preceded in death by parents, John & Sara Bergquist of Parkers Prairie, MN; husband, Robert K. Zeese; 3 brothers, Ralph, Cleve and Clare Bergquist. Survived by sister, Ermagard Bergquist of Mpls; nephews, Dr. James Zeese of Mpls, John & wife, Inez Bergquist of Eagan; niece, Jane Burtis of LA; and 2 grand-nephews, Jim and Steve Bergquist. Phoebe taught in the Mpls School District for a number of years and was a longtime member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Service Wednesday, 1 pm, with visitation 1/2 hour before at Ebenezer Hall Chapel, 2545 Portland Ave S, Mpls. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Association. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
