Post Thomas Steven, age 48 of Hopkins passed away peacefully June 22 in St Louis Pk after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Survived by wife, Monica; son, Alex, his proudest achievement, whom he taught many lessons of life. The last being dignity, courage and strength. Parents, Ralph A & Lyle; brothers, Terry (Connie), Steven (LeaAnn) and Kevin; sister, Shannon; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members; and mother-in-law, Katherine Ullrich. Tommy, an employee of Seagate Technology, was a noted best friend and prolific trip planner who always preferred the road less traveled. A frustrated cribbage player, Tommy enjoyed gardening, reading and political debate. Above all, his greatest passions were his family and friends. Visitation Tues June 25, from 5-7pm at Washburn McReavy Strobeck Johnson Chapel, 1400 Main St in Hopkins and 1 hour prior at church. Mass of the Resurrection 10:30 AM Wed, June 26, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 13505 Excelsior Blvd, Mtka. The family wishes to express their appreciation for the supportive care provided by Dr. Wheeler, Dr. Leach and the physicians, nurses and staff at Park Nicollet Medical Center and Methodist Hospt.
